The most distinguishing factor for the Brookline Lavatory is the faucet which is brand new this year from Kohler. It is called the Fairfax Faucet. While design and style didn't want to be sacrificed this unique faucet list price is only $134.00! It also has a great safety feature, a high temperature limit stop so someone won't get scalded. Also being displayed is a state of the art Kohler toilet. The features of this toilet include: a large 2" glazed trapway, a large water area and siphonic jet action. Not to mention this unit complies with the National Energy Act of 1992 that requires all manufacturers to make only 1.6 gallon per flush (gpf) toilets.
